Andhra Pradesh’s flagship innovation institution, backed by the state government and guided by leaders from the Tata Group, industry and academia. A central hub at Amaravati with five regional spokes.
A hub-and-spoke model, not a single building
Inaugurated in August 2025 at Mayuri Tech Park in Mangalagiri, the central hub spans 50,000 sq ft. Five regional centres extend it to Visakhapatnam, Rajahmundry, Vijayawada, Tirupati and Anantapur — bringing institutional incubation to cities that have not historically had it.
The stated ambition is to support 20,000 startups and create over 100,000 direct jobs within five years.
Programmes

SPARK
A five-day intensive programme for aspiring entrepreneurs, and the entry point if you have an interest but not yet a company.
Future Founders
Six-week pre-incubation that takes an idea to a working prototype and a first customer conversation.
RTIH Catalyst Incubation
For startups past ideation with a validated prototype and early traction. Roughly four months, hybrid, with grant support of up to ₹30 lakh, 1:1 mentorship, investor-readiness sessions, in-person bootcamps at Amaravati and a Demo Day. Cohorts are capped at 40 startups.
Corporate partners
RTIH is built as a government initiative with industry backing rather than as a standalone incubator. Partners include the Tata Group, L&T, AM/NS India, JSW Group, Adani Group, MEIL, Greenko Group and GMR Group.
